Preventive Maintenance

With a PM contract you receive two PM visits each year.  You will recieve a ten dollar discount on our regulalr hourly service rate. You will recieve an email of the PM report from our data base and one supply air or co2 filter each year.

Preventive Maintenance report includes the following items:

co2 set point, co2 display, co2 tested, Temp set point, Temp dispaly,  Temp tested, CO2 regulator psig: high gauge and low gauge RH% display, room temp, room RH% Air  & CO2 filter checks, door gasket, door seal, glass door, moisture on door, door switch, fan motor, RH pan, shelving system, air flow level, add water if low water indicator is on, check chamber pressure with magnehelic, check filters

Yearly Inspections:   CO2 gas lines for leaks, test actual CO2 supply line pressure, incubator level, inspect power cord.

This Preventative Maintenance Program does not include parts, calibrations or repair services.

Full Service Labor

Contracts available: If you have a full service labor contract on your incubator you pay no additional labor charges. You simply pay for parts. Pricing depends on model, age and location.
